The reason I ask this is, as I tweak the site I want it to be visualy appealing to the majority.
Example, I have worked on the banner from time to time. I thought I had it looking really good. I then viewed it on my wife's computer, (wide screen monitor) and I noticed the banner did not fit completly in the box.
When I view it on mine, it is perfect. So I thought I would get an idea what everyone uses and then when I decide to make a visual change I can do it on the approiate computer.
Thanks, Mike

You also need to consider if they have their display set at 800x600 or 1024x768. I use 1024x768 and I had my banner fairly large the other day. It looked good on my side, but someone with 800x600 had to scroll right to see the whole banner and forum.
Something to think about.

You are right Doc, we have been watching that and as of right now here are the Screen Resolutions stats that we have so far on our visitors:
1280 x 1024 - 19.36% 1152 x 864 - .09% 1024 x 768 - 42.45% 800 x 600 - 38.09%

I wouldn't worry about the size of the monitor but more of the resolutions people are useing. Some people have a 15 inch monitor yet still use the 1024 x 768 setting. By the way thats what I use for my resolutions. Just a friendly suggestion.

Yeah I learned that after I made this poll. I am using the same settings on a 21" monitor.
