That's a great product for the money kg!! If you're truly interested in a Bowtech, PM CoachDan at the other place and talk to him!! He's a Bowtech guru and might be able to get you a deal on one. I shoot Bowtech and I can't say enough about the Tech 29 I have. It's fast, short, and accurate as all heck!! As for the rest of the ??'s Carbon Arrows are more durable and they're either good or broke!! Aluminums can bend and sometimes it's unnoticeable. They're cheaper and usually heavier. Plastic vanes are more durable. They are less wind resistant and will give you faster speeds, but the feathers will straighten your arrow more and are more expensive. I use Blazer plastic vanes fletched in right helical. In my opinion, if the Tomkat is something you are really interested in, I'd check the Archerytalk.com classifieds. I've got my last few bows off of there for a great price. The closeouts are coming and you can get great deals. Just know your specs (DW/DL) and shop around!!

If I wasn't shooting a Mathew's, I would be shooting a Diamond which is made by Bowtech. It was #2 of the 4 bows I shot. Bowtech makes some fine equipment.

I see they have one for us short stubby people, The Equalizer. Sounds interesting. We have a Bowtech dealer a few towns over, been wanting to go check them out just never made it. Right now I'm pretty satisfied with my Firstorm Lite.

That Equalizer looks like it will definitely find that much needed niche between youth/womens bow and a short draw adult bow!! Leave it to Bowtech to pave the way!!

I have a lot of friends that shoot Bowtech, only problem is they are all big Sasquatch guys, so I can't use their equipment.

Seems like most of the Big Companies have shied away from making something for the non aqvarage shooter specs. Glad to see BowTech make a difference yet again!!

Mike, if you are ever looking for a Bowtech, check out the Diamond line. Wish I knew which one I shot, but it was a real nice shooter. Not for giant people either. My draw length is 27.5".

Not for nothing .... I have heard more negitive on the Diamond line than positive In fact the only positive I have heard this year is on this thread (that pops to mind) so beware and ask alot of questions
