This is a cheap stand you can make for paper tuning your bow. Made of scrap 2"X2" 5/8" dowel rods, 1" dowel rods and 1 1/4" (optional for legs on bottom) dowel rods. Drill holes in 2x2 as shown and glue in rods. I buy a roll of 18" wide freezer paper and 4 spring clips. Tear paper about 4" longer than the width of the top frame, stretch paper over the top frame, and secure with spring clips as shown. Stand it front of your bag target to shoot.

Good idea. What is the approximate cost to build?

Total cost to build, maybe $15-$20. Not sure cause I used some scrap I had laying around. (1 8' 2x2 pine, 2 1"dowel rods, 4 5/8 dowel rods and 1 1 1/4" dowel rod + glue and clips. The cheap clips work just as well. I have a 1x3x3/4" board on top of the bottom frame and the top frame sits on that and secured by screws.
