I've been doing a lot of research lately about how to do these mounts, and I'm thinking of starting a business doing European mounts. I was wondering if there is any taxidermists on the board that would know if I need a taxidermy license to do these types of mounts? I'm about ready to buy my demistid beetles to do my elk mount, so maybe this is the start to do this type of business. Also if anybody has info on cold metallizing, that info would be great too. I did a google search and I really didn't get much info on it.Thanks

I'm pretty sure that you will need a Taxidermy License! Cover your rearend and do it, even if it is not needed! Here's an idea for you and your European Mounts: I can get them done for you at a fairly reasonable price. Drop me a line at : raymondsarcheryshack@yahoo.com for a price list and color swatches. dick
