Three years with this head and a lot of animals later...here is the low down
The 85/100 & 125gr. Stingers in both 2 and 4blade versions have been tried by myself and son.
Bows used were the 50# recurve/60# Bowtech and a 40# Bowtech.
Animals taken were 5 boar/7 deer and one Buffalo.
The one common trait that all heads shared , regardless of two or four blade design was the lack of blood
No animal made it over 40 yards that was hit through the lungs but finding that animal was pretty much a look and find deal as there was no blood trail to follow other than a spot here and there.
Thats it for the downside.
Up side was that they come with a lifetime unconditional and non-pro rated warranty which I used once just to see how it would go.
I got three new heads back (new package) within five days
Sharpness could be defined as Stupid Sharp! and With the aid of a accu sharp sharpener , a few seconds is all that is needed to put the same edge back on them after those pass throughs.
Bleeder blades are break away design which I consider a positive if you happen to catch a scapula
Flight is spot on and if you have a tuned bow you will have no problems with the flight of these heads.
I shot 80yrds. many times with these heads and they do just what is claimed....fly like field points
The Ferrel is solid and the blade is a slotted one piece design which adds lots of strength.
I would suggest this head for very large game or light weight archery equipment , in the two blade version.
