Well was just doing a little on line research on Lake Monroe where we are going and it looks like they are having the ESPN Bassmasters Tournament there today. So this looks like it could get interesting Who knows maybe with my knack for getting into things I may get a little national advertisement for the Lodge

We need some business cards made up Mike!! It would certainly be easier to hand some one a card than just try to tell them a link to go to.

That would be excellent.
I had a few made up in the beginning and passed them out at work.
I have been working on more, but my printer dosen't seem to want to cooperate lately.
I definately want to get some done. When I do I will send some out so members can pass them out.

Well today was a bust,,the lake was way up, alot of flooded areas and major trashy water. Turned out the website didn`t tell the whole story on the BASS tourney,,it was a local chapter tourney,no ESPN,nothing more than a trailer set up. All the ramps were flooded and the weather dropped last night so the water was about 40 degrees. So there will always be next weekend.

It's early in the season yet...didn't realize the reservoir was flooded until we got down there....we stopped off to get some minnows at a gas station/bait shop, some guy at the counter said something about the water was WAY up.
He wasn't lying.
Water was COLD....hopefully the temps stay up, and we'll hit it again here real soon.....so, no fish fry tonite, but don't fret, it'll hit real soon.
Hey, a bad day fishin' beats a good day at work......unless you're a tournament fisher.....LOL....'slap.....

Good luck next time guys. Hope it works out better next go round.
Within a month of me setting up my forum I had 500 business cards printed. I am almost thru my second box(that will be 1000). My boss thinks I am crazy because I hand it to anyone I see dressed in camo(hats, shirts, pants, doesnt matter). I also have a stack at the local outdoor store, Wal-Mart, and anywhere else that will let me leave them there. I leave the box of them on the dash of the truck because I do alot of traveling in the work truck and can hand more out. I keep some in my little Day Planner book I carry around also. I am down to about 150 and am going to redesign the card this go round. Its a great idea Mike. You may not get everyone you give a card to, but at least they know about the site.
