Pheasant breasts(cut of bone)butterfly fillet them,than one more time. Four pieces per side.... On each slice, put one tsp. cream cheese, Sliced onion's(length wise) jalepeno's(chopped) Roll pheasant piece up and then wrap bacon around it,with toothpick insert(to hold together) Grill till bacon and meat is done...couple minutes or so.......
