This recipe my husband loves and with the two of us we can eat off of it for 2-3 days for breakfast. It is so good cold the next day....if you like cold pizza...if not reheat in microwave and enjoy! ;D 1 pound deer sausage 1 (8-oz) package refrigerated crescent rolls 1 cup frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teasp. salt 1/2 teasp. pepper 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Pimiento (optional) Fresh oregano (optional) Cook deer sausage in medium skillet until brown; drain and set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place with elongated points toward center of greased 12-inch pizza pan or dish. Press bottom and sides to form crust; seal perforations. Spoon deer sausage over dough. Sprinkle with hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over deer sausage mixture. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with pimiento and fresh oregano, if desired. If you don't have fresh, use the bottled oregano...works just as well. The oregano gives it that extra kick!

Just a note to add...make sure you have a pan pizza that has raised edges around it....it will hold the egg/milk mixture better. Also, I use shredded hash brown potatoes...which works well with the shredded cheese...whatever your preference. Hope you all will enjoy!
