1 deer roast Garlic cloves Microwave Kitchen Bouquet spray Bottled teriyaki sauce 1 onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 to 2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup (depends on size of meat) Dried parsley flakes Ground black pepper Garlic powder Seasoned salt Worchestershire sauce Cut small slits in deer roast and insert garlic cloves. Marinate in teriyaki sauce overnight. Drain off marinade. Put roast in crockpot; spray Kitchen Bouquet on meat and add the remaining ingredients. Cook on HIGH for 30 minutes and turn to LOW for 10 to 12 hours. Soup will make gravy. For barbecue-flavored deer roast, follow above directions (except for onion/bell pepper) and use water instead of soup. Remove and cut cooked meat into bite-size pieces and return to crockpot. Add Kraft Barbecue Sauce with Honey and stir. Delicious!
