Anybody got any good ones. I'm wanting to make some and don't have a recipe. I can get some on the internet but I would like to have one from someone who has made it and know it was good.

Try this one sometime mike,,works with deer, elk, beef, etc. 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 tbl. spoons black pepper ( freshly ground if possible ) 1 tbl. spoon salt 4 tbl. spoons liquid smoke 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper ( if you like it spicy ) 1 clove fresh garlic chopped place all the ingredients into a small pot on the stove, heat just to a simmer and shut off heat and allow to cool, this will bring all the flavors out to max.You can let simmer and reduce by 1/8 to REALLY concentrate the flavors. Then place meat in a ziploc bag and pour mixture over and place in refridgerator for 2-3 days to marinate. Then either slow bake in oven or use a dehydrator to make jerky.
