Broiled venison burgers
1 lb. ground venison 1/4 cup minced onion 4 tsp. salt 1 tbs. catsup or tomato juice 2/3 cup soft bread crumbs 2 tsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. sage 1 tsp. milk 4 slices bacon
Mix bread crumbs, onion, horseradish, salt, pepper, sage, catsup, and milk with ground meat. Shape into four patties. Wrap a piece of bacon around each patty and secure with toothpick. Broil each side until done, about 12 to 16 minutes. Serves: 4
