;D OK guys I am in the process of purchasing a 07 Martin Pantera and bought a 04 Martin Cougar III since I sold my 06 Saber to pay for the 07 Pantera. So here she is........... this is one of the sweetest shooting bows I have ever shot no hand shock no noise . I cant waite to put this in the Stable as a #2 Bow when the 07 Pantera gets here in about a month. Here is the 07 Pantera 1st, followed bye my back up bow for next yr a 04 Martin Cougar III. www.martinarchery.com/compound.php?bow=pantera

Tracy Martin is compairing the style and performance to a Switchback or LX. I think they are tryin to flood the market with a bow that is compairable to the LX or Switchback and a fraction of the cost. It MSRP for $479 which is what I am gona pay plus $20 shipping from Greatfalls,MT..... So $500total. I will certianly do a review I know Mitchhunter isdroolin over this one. ;D

Thats the thing that gets me, the switchback is a good bow by any means. But everyone is building copies of it, they aren`t really making any point other than another bow company thinks the switchback is the best bow and making the general population think that as well. I think there are bows just as good if not better out there.thats just my opinion.

Thats the big key right there, find a bow you are happy with for more reasons than just its name and how it shoots. Martin makes some top shelf bows, don`t forget that review after you get it
