Duravanes are probably the best. But I mostly use AAE, because that is what is readily available around here. I haven't had any problems with them.

I don't think you'd go wrong with the 2" blazers. I have been shooting them through a WB and they do great...and they're very tough. I shot a groundhog last week. the arrow went in his back just in front of the back legs. A 3-5 degree, 15 yd shot as he was facing straight away from me. (Incidentally, and amazingly, no deflection of the Sonic in that tough skin) The sonic BH traveled all the way through and came out just above his eye and stuck in the ground in front of him leaving the blazers in the body. I pulled the arrow out through the exit hole above his eye, through the skull and the blazers were still intact. Here is a pic showing arrow travel:

Good thinking Matt. It always helps to ask questions first. Once again, let me assure you that you can't go wrong with the Blazers!!

Matt as long as you use the Quick Shot or QS WB you will be fine with the blazers. Just make sure you shoot the hen feather at 12 O`clock on the QS,, the black bristles at the bottom will mess up arrow flight if a fletching passes through them. I have the WBQS on my stepsons high country and he shoots 2 inch blazers through with zero probs.

I have the Original on my oldest sons and the Drop Tine on my other boys. I have the Drop Tine for me as well. We all use Blazers. I use them index out with no probs. Both boys go index up. Never saw a wrinkle, ripple, or a lost vane due to the WB. She'll be more than happy. Ours are all with the older bristles too. Never ever had a problem.
