Great video Matt. The one thing I noticed that others may not is the cable and string in the Mathews Roller guide!! I think that the slide is definitely a better "mousetrap" after watching that vid!! ;D

So, I am going to guess that it does not wear down your string really fast from the shock put on that one portion of the string?

Not a bad guess Brett, but it is recommended that the area that contacts the STS be served similar to your center serving or end servings to prevent the possibilty of that happening. The STS is a relatively new product so the longterm effects of it are still not understood. It's been contended that this product may actually be worse on other areas of your bow because of what's shown in that video. But don't forget to take into account that this video is a 1/4 second long. That's a lot of energy dispersed in a VERY short time. Almost everyone I have spoken to that has used the STS system have raved about it.

That was a great video,,it is amazing how much movement the string and cable actually goes through after release. As tight as they are on the bow you wouldn`t think it would do half that much flopping,,ted I agree the regular cable slide is much better than Mathews twin roller. The Mathews bows I have worked on have been a pain in the butt when putting tension back on the limbs and trying to keep the string and cable in the rollers.
