What kind of equipment do you all take with you when you hunt? Why? What are their purpouses?

Well one of the first things would be a good sharp knife. Because if you are lucky and get you a deer, you are goingto have to field dress it.
Then there are many other things, some are personal preferences.
I think we have lists from everyone, I'll see if I can find it and post it here for ya.

Sometimes I think I carry TOO MUCH,,lol. But everything has a purpose. Alot of it depends on where you hunt and what you hunt as to what you need to take.

Kinda depends on what you are hunting and how long you will be out.... you need calls bow arrows knife water snacks I always take a bit of small rope so when I am done field dressing my kill I can sew it back up for the drag back down the hill.... If you are going to quarter it you will need a bone saw and game bags. I usually carry a small set of optics.
