This is a pretty good site for anyone to look at. Burn it into the brain [ ] home.mn.rr.com/deerfever/Anatomy.htmlnotice on the bear how the aiming point changes as the front leg nearly blocks 20% of the lung area compaired to the deer. Also the scapula covers a percentage of the top lung area. This is the reason quartering and over the hip shots are prefered on bear by many exsperienced hunters.

Mike, good info on the vitals on big game.I had the bear one on the site and when they did the upgrade on it a few of them disappeared.This gives a hunter the knowledge to place that shot!good info!
