I am looking into buying a xbow in the new year, any suggestions on what to buy on limited funds . I can afford about five hundred in canadain dollers. Gauge of northwestern ontario

I'm xbow challenged gauge. Not sure of how much info you may gain from this site really due to the fact that from the mmembers that post here on a steady basis, there are only a handful of xbow users. Might want to PM 4 pointer on this though. I know he recently got the OK to use one in his homestate so he might have the info you're looking for.

Gauge of northwestern ontario I have the TEN POINT,, I know you can pick one up at that price.. The scope I have has 3 cross hairs 20, 30.& 40 yards,, you site in at 20 yards and the other cross hairs are on the money.. If you have any question's give me a E~MAIL OR PM. ME LARRY

I have an Excalibur Exocet, an amazingly accurate bow. I would not hesitate to purchase another one. Best of all they are Canadian made.
Any of the Excaliburs would do you great. Depends on what you are hunting for. If you are only hunting deer then I would go with the Phoenix or Vixen, if you are going for moose you might want a little more power and use an Exocet or Exomax.
