Well the arthritis in my shoulder finally made me make the ultimate decision, I had dropped the poundage on my pride and joy because it was killing my shoulder. Well after about 7-8 shots at 66 lbs my shoulder was shot. When I built Matilda I changed the cam and idler from Storm stock to a 2 inch ball bearing idler and a Mathews Max cam,,well the max cam is a very aggressive cam and I hate to do it but looks like I will have to switch back to the stock cam Will loose some speed but saving the old shoulder is more important, if it keeps bothering me will have to switch out the idler back to the 4 inch that it came with that should ease up the tension a little.

Well I got her switched over and stringed up and did a few test fires on the chrony, with a 356 grn arrow at 66 lbs she is shooting 294, with a 364 grn she shoots 290, but no pain in the shoulder with the medium cam from storm so thats where she stays. She is still shooting plenty fast enough, even at 5.3 GPP she is doing fine, with 67 lbs KE on the 364 grn arrow that should get some good penetration. The only real suck part is loosing the super flat trajectory, with the hard cam my first pin was dead on out to 37 yards. Now will drop back to 30.

LMAO,,naaaahhh but I appreciate the offer michi It just urks me gettin older, last year I was shootin 77 lbs without a problem now am down to 66, guess I should be glad I am just shootin period,,lol. Speed really isn`t a big issue with me but I was very proud of Matilda because I figured her out and set her up myself. Now I have a high country sitting in the closet I may just put that max cam on it and see what I can get out of it and put it on ebay. May make someone a great bow.

Well since I can`t use the cam may as well make a fireball of a bow with it for someone who can use it. Besides I have been doing some TWEAKING of the stock cam and have matilda shooting 308 with a 364 grn arrow at 68 lbs. ;D ;D
