Well, went and visited Hoosieroutdoorsman today.
Assisted in making my first set of bow strings. They turned out great and look awsome.
Between the new strings and a few other tweaks Tracy has done to my bow, we have went from about 225 fps to 262 fps. I'm thinking that is pretty good for my little Firestorm Lite and my short draw length.
I will try and get a pic of the string tomorrow.
He also made a black and yellow set of strings for the wife's bow. I think it really looks good.

Well, the new string helped considerably. Then he rolled back the cam a bit. We shortened the arrows some. And maybe a few things he didn't tell me. ;D

Good deal! Hoosier's good about tuning a bow and getting the maximum out of it. Considering he took my Reflex from the 270 range to 300+, that's sayin' something. He's a damn good friend, and a great bow doctor! ;D........'slap......

Mike and Slap,,I would get some Remoil or any teflon based lubricant and gently oil the cam and idler, thats 1 thing I forgot to do on both.
