Well for all us archers it is that time of year again to get our heads and backsides wired together and get the bows ready for archery season. Get practiced up and get the bow cleaned, lubed, checked over, sighted in and practiced up. For myself I have been getting out all my old hunting videos and watching them, and looking for new ones. The bow is ready to go, will build a new string about 3-4 weeks b4 season opener and get it shot in and will be ready to go Will be getting out all the equipment I drag with me and check sharpnes on knives, check tree stand, safety harness, all my calls.Broadhead sharpness and arrow spin test. Rewash all clothing in scent eliminater soap and put in plastic storage bags. CHeck the boots to make sure there are no holes. Going to make 1 big change this year and start shooting 3-D at a woods about 1/2 mile from my house, that will give me a break from a standard target and more of a practical woods shot simulation. What does everyone have on their list or schedule this year?

It is time to start shooting. I have been very lax lately, but now that we can relax for a little while I will get to the bow club. Lil Scott likes walking the BH course. He always seems amazed to walk through the woods and find numbers on some trees.
