I had an 04 and it is a great little bow, the 05 is the same other than they offered a dual cam version I think. The NRG is a smooth drawing cam, and the bow is set up to be very very forgiving. 1 secret to the NRG is using the longer post, this cam isn`t a real fireball but is a good good cam. If you can long post it and roll it back a tad depending on your draw length you should get some good numbers out of it. I wouldn`t advise using a cheap stabilizer, either get a Vibracheck Icon or a Sims S-Coil,, either one will keep this bow quiet and steady. If you need to know anything else about feel free to ask.

I just baught my stepson a 05 Triton, he has an old high country power force and is just too big for him and found a smokin deal on a brand new one on ebay and the best part is it is a 45-60 lbs. bow. Its draw length will go from 26-30 inches so he will have plenty of growing room as he grows.

Great range for him Tracy!! Haven't shot any of the newer PSE's. Is that the NRG cams?

I got a hybrid model not knowing they had a single. I got a 27" single module so I dont think it will fit my bow! Its a bummer

If he is a PSE dealer he will be able to fix you up,,I would have him look the bow over real good and make sure everything is up to snuff.
