We'll I bought a new 06 martin Saber on 5/12/06 and was having serious cam lean and it was chewin up the servings on the String and Cable after only 1 week, I took the bow back to my local dealer in Kalispell, MT on 5/19/06 which is 150+ Miles round trip . I was told bye the dealer that that is normal for the singile cam bow! I disagree. Below are the pics. So after a few Emails to Jake and Joel at Martin and a phone call from are Archery Tech here on the Lodge Bowtech. I got an email , below: Mathew, From the pics it doesn’t look like an unusual amount of cam lean, but I would be happy to go over the bow for you. I completely understand your concern and will do everything I can to make sure your bow is exactly how you want it to be. Please give out customer service dept a call at your convenience at 800-541-8902 and they will be able to set up a Return Authorization for you. Thanks, Jake Now you tell me who is blind? So I called Martin and talked to Joel C and he gave me the RA# and the bow is off to Martin as we speak for a check up. ;D Should get it back early next week sometime. I was very pleased with the prompt , curitious, and pleasent customer service from Martin unlike my local dealer WTG Martin and Martin Techs for a pleasent ,Painless, and over all great fix to the problem ;D

Thats great Matt,,I am glad they are making a positive effort for you. It is nice to see a company that is willing to take care of its customers and not just blow them off.

Man I sent my 06 Saber which was 2 weeks old to Martin on Tuesday because of cam lean, and extensive serving wear .. and had it checked out bye a Tech( JAKE< JOEL <JOSH), I called today to see what was up and what they found out. Seems that they replaced the riser, limb, and cam and even put on a new set of string, and cable. Man I have never seen a company take this good a care of a customer. I have the best bow MFG in the whole bowshootin world! The bow will be shipped out on Monday and I cant waite to get it back in my hands again. I think after all this I owe it to Martin to shoot their bows for ever ..............anybody have a M4L application I want to sign up NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a great service Martin and it was very painless, very professional and done is a fast and convienent manner. I dont know what else to say but I will never own another bow but Martin ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I once again cant praise the Martin staff for coming to the aid of a littile guy in the archery community . I am gona recomend Martin to all of my buddys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D
