Here's a couple of pictures of my best friend's cousin's spring gobbler. He said he took this bird at 30yds. and estimated the weight to be around 18lbs. Kyle said this wasn't the biggest bird but ANY bird taken with a bow is a trophy in my book. He is supposed to come down this Sept. Maybe I can get a few pointers from him. ;D

I agree about any bird being a trophy with a bow Pete. I've still yet to ba g one with a bow. In fact, I've gone birdless for 2 yrs now as a result. Actually 2.5 now but this yr doesn't really count because I didn't actually make it out. ;D Congrats on the job well done.

Thats a nice bird nothing at all to sneeze at. I would be tickled to death to have gotten a bird like that,,but mother nature and the weather man must be having a spat cuz the weather just wouldn`t cooperate.
