Great News clip Scott-Awhile back in Montana(15 years ago or so) they busted a guy in Yellowstone County for hunting shedded horns in the Federal Parks...He would go in by boat and camp in there for a couple days, come out with a truck load of Elk,Moose,Whitetail and Mule deer horns. Finally he was caught sent up to the Federal Judge. The Judge fined him $2500.00 and asked if he learned his lesson. The guy looked him in the eye and said,"Sir,with all do respect of your courtroom,I will continue to hunt shedded horns as I see fit." The Judge asked him why?...The guy said" You have only caught me this one time and its worth every dime of this fine to keep doing it"... Well you figure this guy is making $1000's of dollars of the federal lands. He has only been caught once so far. How many times has he done this to think its a profit?
Makes a guy think of what a criminal mind thinks!!!!
