That jig should work out fine Mike!! Great job!! Have you tried it out yet? Nothing indepth, just some old arrows chopping them up. The stop works real well, dosen't move at all.

I plan too. I will list all material. Total cost was about $50. I believe it can even be done a lot cheaper. I use a much bigger board than most probably would.
But as you can see I mounted the Grayling on the back, which also leaves a large area, I plan on using that area to apply my wraps.

Great idea Mike!! One work station for everything involved. Make some trays on the side to just scrape things off the board when you're done!!

Thats a possibility. I'm actually thinking about puttin legs on it and making it a stand alone table/workstation.

I personally wouldn't mount the Grayling. I like to be able to move it around when I'm placing the clamp. It's stable enough to not have to mount it. But that's muy own personal prteference!! Looks like you'll have enough room for that bowpress that you're making next!! ;D I've got another idea for you too Mike. How about taking a hole saw and cutting some holes to place some tubes for your finished arrows? A drying station I guess you could call it.

You're scaring me buddy, I was actually thinking the same thing about the Bowpress. And I already have the piece of wood for the drying arrows. My thoughts were to use a drill and drill holes to drop the arrows in, spaced far enough apart for the vanes not to touch.
