just wondering how many christians are here? maybe share testimonies of our faith - and bless each other share some hunting stories or stories of families ?
may god richly bless all of you .
the lord's archer
p.s. just a song i would like to share;
what if the armies of the lord picked up and dusted off their swords vowed to set the captives free and not let satan have one more
what if the church for heavens sake finallly stepped up to the plate took a stand upon god's promises and stormed hell's rusty gate
what if his people prayed and those who bare his name would humbly seek his face and turn from their own way
and what would happen if we prayed for those raised up to lead the way then maybe kid's in school could pray and unborn children see light of day
what if the life that we pursue came from a hunger for the truth what if the family turned to jesus STOPPED ASKING OPRAH WHAT TO DO
he said that they would hear his promise has been made he"ll answer loud and clear if only we would pray
if my people called by my name if they'll humble themselves and pray
WHAT IF HIS PEOPLE PRAYED.
(IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN OUR LIVES?) remember god said; i will never leave you or forsake you.

I believe in Christ if that's what you're referring to. As for a religion, I consider myself non-denominational although I was baptised Catholic..

I am a christian as well. Non-denominational as well, I guess though I'm supposed to be Catholic.

...what if his people prayed... (IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN OUR LIVES?) remember God said; I will never leave you or forsake you. Awesome, awesome words Jim! Glad to see you're here. I'm a Christian having given my life to our Lord 7 yrs ago. I go to Ellerbe United Methodist church and I'm a recovering alcoholic. By His grace I've remained sober for 7 yrs and lucid in this crazy day. He also led me to my wonderful wife of 11 yrs, my guardian angel. I think God gives us examples of how we're supposed to live our lives, to be true Christians. I am lucky enough to have married mine!

I was raised Roman Catholic, but really never practiced the religion after grade school. I only went to mass on holidays with family. Since getting sober over 3 1/2 years ago (by the Grace of God), I have been on a search for a new Christian denomination. The search came to an end recently and I am in the process of converting to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My baptism is scheduled for May 28th, with confirmation the following Sunday.

My wife & I became members of the United Methodist church a year or two before our kids, (hunter243 & his sis) were born. If it wasnt for the power of prayer, Tanner wouldnt be here today. Our faith in God has helped me and my family in so many ways.

OH OH pick me Pick me.
Have actualy switched Churchs recently because I finialy realized God had somthing for me to do at a different church and denomination. Different name same beliefs as far as I am concerned. Man on man within 4 months I was asked to work on a webcast that involved my love of Hunting from a christian perspective. I love it and I call it The Christian Hunter. Let Christ be your guide.
Now I have been asked if I would head up a archery range in the gym next year starting in the fall. Got some work ahead of me there but I see it as a huge outreach.

I have even started to attend Prayer meeting on Wednesday nights.

I'm raising my hand up to say I'm part of the fellowship of Christ. It took a almost successful self-inflicted death to make me realize that life is meaningless with out Christ.
