What is your favorite arrow? I have become a big fan of the CX line but am really thinking of going back to the Gold Tip, they are a little heavier grn per inch and a little less expensive.

I really like my Easton ACC 3-49's @ 8.8 GPI with a aluminium core and carbon wrapped around it my awsome and pack a mean punch. But the drawback is they are quite spendy at $130 a DZ, dont want to have any misses at about $10 an arrow.

YOUCH,, I have seen a few other companies have started the ACC trend so maybe they will drop in price before next season.

I also really like the Cx line. but like you said, across the board, they are a lighter arrow. I am chooting CX 3D Selects right now. My total wwwwweight in the hunting arrow is 340 grains. Next year I want to be a little heavier. I may splurge, and buy a dozen Maxima Hunters at 8.0 gpi. Will get me another 27 grains of total weight over the 3d Selects.

CX Terminator Selects are some of the heaviest arrows available in pure carbon. And the tag won't have you dropping your jaw at $50/dz for bare shafts. And they are VERY VERY reliable and durable.

No doubt CX makes some fine arrows, I had great luck with Gold Tips, the expedition hunters in the 55/75 were 8.2 GPI and I can get bare shafts per doz for $40

Term Selects are 9.5 GPI for 4560's and 10.0 GPI for 6075's. Hunters are even more.

Right now I prefer to shoot the GoldTip line. I've had very good luck with them and they work well for me. I shoot the Pro Hunters in 5575 and also 7595. I switch spines for leagues and hunting. I've also shot bemans and Carbon Express in the past.
